My tickets were cheaper than others selling the same seats, especially since the show is sold out for most grouped seats. I had to buy 6 tickets and only needed five, but one ticket is hard to sale, so it made since why it was forced to choose 1234 or 6. I did have a problem with the fact you could look up five, but it was ten dollars more for similar seats, way over face value. It worked out though because we got to take someone that really needed a night out. I did struggle with the fact that for the tickets being digital flash seats how long it took to transfer them, but they came on time on the day they said they would. I happened to call customer service apparently as the tickets were transferred. Although I never received the pin they mentioned, since flash was downloaded, they were already on my app. The guy was very nice, patient, and informative. I am guessing since the reviews they have improved? Overall no real problems.

Full agree with all the negative reviews below. This is a faceless company that is not working iin the best interests of their consumer. Truly wish I had read these reviews before I searched for tickets but I actually assumed I was in the Lincon Center box office site (confusing website representation) when purchasing. I ended up purchasing 3 tickets in what I thought was rows S, R & O when it was actually SRO acronym for Standing Room Only for a cost of just under $400 for tickets with a face value of $75 total. When I called to change the ticket for seating - was willing to accept that as my only option in a bad mistake - and I had two children with me and show was 3hrs! They would not let me change and said “ I don’t know how to say this, know it’s not you, but it’s because people buy our tickets and sell them on” really!!! They were very unhelpful, no customer service and no way to know exactly who this company is when you try to dig deeper. Lincon Center was really helpful - should have made sure I got their official site. They say they see this all the time and really felt sorry for what I had gone through but have no power to stop these guys but it directly affects their business and their customer satisfaction. I have started a complaint with my credit company, complained in the Better Business BBB, would be interested in working with anyone else who feels this is an outrageous business model preying on consumers. Not for myself so much as to avoid others who will come along and fall into this trap. Hardworking, honest people deserve hardworking, honest companies to deal with and this is not one of them! I don’t usually bother to write reviews even when I feel the service or goods were poor but this company is operating under daylight robbery. DO NOT FALL into their trap!

Really awful customer service. Just called them to see how I may be able to upgrade my tickets and was given a really unhelpful and cold response. Woman on the other end didn't even provide suggestions like "try reselling your tickets here". She was just bitter. Their service charge was ridiculous. I regret using this service and wish I just bought from ticket master directly. I called them and I got such a friendly, helpful person on the line. Although there was nothing he could do, he offered wonderful suggestions and was empathetic to the situation.

Is there a way to leave no stars? Honestly I have been a customer service manager for 11years with a fortune 500 company and by all means this is the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Not being able to resolve the issue is one thing but to disregard any willingness to help is unacceptable. Explain the process and company guidelines that's fine but at no time is it acceptable to display such a lack of respect. I wish I had Travis's last name so that I can file a more formal complaint against him.

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE OF MYTICKETTRACKER.COM TACKETS BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE I purchased 8 tickets to watch Morrissey at The Anthem in Washington D.C. Upon purchasing my invoice was for $840. Once I received the bar-coded tickets for entrance, I noticed that the face value of each ticket was $55 (which would have resulted in a total ticket price of $440 in lieu of $840. That being said, MYTICKETTRACKER.COM charged me $400 to send me the email with the bar codes for admittance. I wonder what that comes to on a per hour basis, especially when there was no human interaction.

My wife purchased tickets from Mytickettracker. They charge 33 dollar fee per 90 dollar ticket but to add insult to injury. they charge 7.95 dollars "Delivery" charge for the delivery of the paper tickets to your printer. I called and was told that this is the fee all customer's pay to protect them from Hackers. Beware of these people like the plague. to get tickets from real dealers like Ticketmaster or directly from the venue is much better than dealing with these scalpers. Disgraceful

I ordered 3 tickets ($500 +125 for shipping and processing per ticket) 1 week before the event I received 1 ticket for a different seat. I called and was assured the other 2 tickets would be next to the first 1 and would arrive by noon 2 days before the event. The tickets did come by noon 2 days before the event but were not even in the same section as the other 2 tickets. I called again and was told I would need to take those 2 tickets to a fed ex store and overnight them back to the supplier and they would send me the other 2 tickets which were next to the first ticket i questioned if I. Could just meet up with the supplier to exchange the tickets and was told no that was not possible. I reluctantly fed exed the 2 tickets. And the next day called the company again. And they had no info (1 day before the event which I paid over $1800 for) - call back after noon. I called again and was told they only received 2 of the tickets and needed all 3. Spent close to an hour on the phone. Now all of a sudden they have someone who can meet with me to exchange the tickets. Tickets were exchanged at a location they decided on.
