Thanks to the company cancelling my order due to this not been my fault they company will not re-instate my order for my signed olly murs cd. They have been no help at all and are useless. I will not be using them again and they have lost out on a valid customer as I have ordered many things before and never have I had this problem. I am truly gutted over the fact I will not receive my cd but I was assured by the customer service team I could get a normal cd. If I wanted a normal cd I would go to my supermarket but I don't Obviously with me PRE-ORDERING THE SIGNED COPY!

I work in Customer Service and therefore I have very high expectations that to be honest are rarely met but I don't mind to be honest. Never have I had this level of care, the response time was brilliant, the advise was invaluable and the result was exactly what I wanted. I even thiink if I'd had further problems there would have been no hesitation to help me at all. Superb! I have never rated any service this highly before!!! thank you

I had a problem downloading a couple of Garth Brooks songs off his new album. I contacted customer service and was more than pleased with the quick and courteous manner in which it was handled. Love the New Album..Thanks

As of yet I have not received my order, but so far this company was easy to deal with and my order should be here as they stated to me. Looking forward to be doing business with them in the future.

I ordered 4 records that were cancelled without my knowledge. There was no email informing me my order was cancelled nor a reason why. When I contacted them asking why my order was cancelled they sent me a stock response saying they don't know why but would escalate the issue. I have since written back THREE times with zero response from the company. Since the records I ordered were sold out, I am extremely frustrated. I placed my order hours before this item sold out, so they should have my order still in stock. However, getting the company to actually respond to you seems to be a joke.
