I purchased a item and once I received the item I was unhappy. I sent a email to customer service asking my options. They told me I could return the item for a refund. This was a autographed guitar, cd, poster and t-shirt. I never opened the shirt or cd, the guitar was never played and the poster was still in the tube. After I returned the item, the sent me an email stating the items wasn't received in like new condition and they would only be refunding me 25% of the price. I paid $506.97 and now you are going to keep the merchandise and refund me $126.74! You have lost your mind! If this is the way you conduct business I will never buy another guitar, cd, t-shirt ever again. I do work in television so I will spread the word if I need to. It's up to Myplaydirect to do the right thing!

Great customer service. There was a glitch with the Father's Day coupon code. Kevin was quick to send a reply and a new code I used to purchase my husband's birthday gift. The Band Box Set he had being eyeing before it's release was a great find. We love following the daily deals. He has bought me some great titles (Norah Jones Box Set) and many others. They are shipped free and very well packaged. Their response time for email has really improved, usually far less than the 24 hours or so they state. Great vinyl selection with some very nice $12 titles as well. And many nice one of a kind box sets found only at Popmarket. Wide selection of package deals from time to time as well. Music covering many genres. Love this site. Most titles are shipped rapidly but backorders do occur, when they do, it is worth the wait.

I ordered a limited edition signed copy of barrowlands by JAMC... My credit card had become compromised and had to be cancelled before delivery so I was notified there was a problem with my order. I was in tears literally I thought that I would not be able to get my original order I was heartbroken. I emailed the company right away and they were able to solve the problem and send me a new private link to renter my credit card information allowing me to get the signed copy!!! I can't express how happy and elated I am to be receiving my autographed copy. I thought for sure I was duped and not going to be able to repurchase!!! Thank you so much you have just made my year!! I have been communicating with customer service a lot. They reply to my messages with in 24 hours and are always so helpful. There was a mixup with the shirt that I ordered and I was sent the wrong size. Myplaydirect, got on top of the situation and helped me. They sent me a new free shirt. Definitely one of the most friendly, helpful, and useful customer services that I have ever had to deal with.

After a problem from shipping, I contacted Customer Service. First Marie, who I had most of my correspondence with, then Kevin were fantastic! They replied quickly, they cared, my problem mattered to them, & they worked diligently toward resolution. My faith was restored, I even placed another order!
