Michelle, Thank you for your review! I just wanted to clarify that our test is a sensitivity test and not an allergy test. These are very different from one another and require completely different testing methods. A sensitivity is a digestive system response, symptoms include; nausea, fatigue, bloating and more. An allergy is an immune response, symptoms are much more severe including; hives, itching and swelling. The aim is is to provide you with an insight into your pets overall health and wellbeing along with their sensitivity status. This will then allow you to implement changes to see if their symptoms improve. We understand that your pet may be sensitive to an item that is within the majority of food consumed by them. In this instance it can be down to the amount of the item consumed. Please reach out to us so we can explain your pets results in greater detail and help you find a solution that works. Lulu, Thank you for sharing your feedback! We are pleased that our results have now identified what your pet is sensitive to so you can take appropriate action! We do apologise for any confusion caused in relation to the lead time, all results are sent within 3-5 days once the sample has been received at our lab. This does not include the transit time which unfortunately is out of our control. Rest assured as soon as your sample reaches our lab our team work quickly to test the sample and deliver those all important results!
