Just to clarify, all samples initially go to a fulfilment office to go through quality checks, they are then medically transported to our lab from there. The process usually takes around 2-3 weeks in total. We're here to support you in improving your pets health. Kirk, Thank you for your feedback! We do apologise for any confusion caused in relation to the lead time, all results are sent within 3-5 days once the sample has been received at our lab. This does not include the transit time which unfortunately is out of our control. Rest assured as soon as your sample reaches our lab our team work quickly to test the sample and deliver those all important results! Please ignore the review email, this is automated. Ruth, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We really do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Our machinery can test multiple samples at any given time. Unfortunately like all things on occasions it can glitch meaning the samples become redundant. We like to ensure we have tried every option before confirming back to our customer that we require a second sample. I do apologise for the delay! If the item has not shown up on your pets report as a high or moderate reaction, then this means your pet is not showing a sensitivity to it. You mention that you are aware of some sensitivities that did not come up in the test. Sensitivity vs. Allergy: Our test primarily focuses on identifying sensitivities rather than allergies as these are done using different testing methods. While we aim to provide valuable insights into potential triggers for your pets symptoms, it may not detect allergies.
