Rachel, Thank you for sharing your thoughts and feedback! We do understand that the price of the test can be costly to some however compared to vet testing we are very well priced within the market. Please note that the sample can be returned in a household sealable sandwich/ freezer bag. If you do not have a printer we just ask that you handwrite your code and name on a piece of paper and attach this to your sample instead. Once the test has been purchased you should have received an email that contains a code that requires registering. Once the test has been registered you will then receive the next steps on how and where to send your pets sample. Please reach out to us so we can explain the process further for you.
