We do offer customers the option to sign up to 247Vetline at several points throughout the checkout process, including on the product page, in the cart, and post-purchase. The subscription is $9.99 per month. If the option was selected during checkout, or if it was not removed from the basket before completing the order, the subscription would have been added to the purchase. We certainly never intend for this to feel misleading, and we’re sorry you were left with that impression. There is an option to cancel the subscription directly through our website.
