I ordered that kit over a year ago
I ordered that kit over a year ago, some of the time delay was my fault. But months and no response, until I sent a message. That's was really slow!
Response from My Pet SensitivityOct 20, 2026
We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with the time taken. While shipping timeframes are unfortunately beyond our control, I can confirm that your results were issued within our standard turnaround timeframe once your sample was received and processed. Allergy hair test
We sent the hair from our dog and got a reply back within a few days. I really dont believe there was any tests but a generic answer that everyone gets. Our vet said chicken but your tests dont show chicken as a main issue

Contradictory results and unsafe food advice
I bought the Advanced Pet Sensitivity Test for my two miniature dachshunds. Reading the reports side by side, I lost all confidence in the results.
Most concerning: both reports say my dogs can "eat freely" from their no-reactivity lists, which include onion, garlic, raisins and macadamia nuts. These are all toxic to dogs.
The results also contradict themselves. One dog's report says vitamin B6 is "highly outside range" while pyridoxine hydrochloride (the same vitamin) is fine. The other dog's report says the exact reverse. Both dogs, tested by different technicians, came back with an identical list of eight pork items, with the same single exception. Essential nutrients like iron, magnesium and phosphorus are listed as things to remove from their diets.
The reports also read as if they were written for humans, advising me to cut my dogs' caffeine, alcohol and nicotine and to check their lipstick and foundation. Template placeholder text was still in the documents.
The test uses bioresonance, which isn't recognised by vets as a valid diagnostic method. If your dog has symptoms, I'd recommend speaking to your vet about a proper elimination trial instead.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. I’m really sorry to hear that the reports have left you feeling concerned and that you’ve lost confidence in the results.
I completely understand your concern regarding the foods you’ve mentioned. Our Pet Sensitivity Test is a bioresonance-based sensitivity screening and is not intended to determine whether a food is safe for a dog to eat from a veterinary or nutritional perspective. A “no reactivity” result should therefore never be taken to mean that a food is safe or appropriate to feed, particularly where a food is already known to be toxic to dogs. Foods such as onions, garlic, raisins and macadamia nuts should always be avoided regardless of what appears on a sensitivity report.
The same applies to essential nutrients. The report is not intended to recommend removing essential nutrients such as iron, magnesium or phosphorus from a dog's diet without veterinary guidance. We would always recommend discussing any significant dietary changes with your vet.
Regarding vitamin B6 and pyridoxine hydrochloride, B6 is an umbrella term for a group of related forms of vitamin B6, and pyridoxine hydrochloride is one particular form of B6. Therefore, seeing a result for vitamin B6 and a separate result for pyridoxine hydrochloride does not necessarily mean the results are contradictory. It may simply be that the specific form of B6 represented by pyridoxine hydrochloride is not the one showing a result outside the optimal range.
You are absolutely right that our sensitivity testing should not replace veterinary care or a properly supervised elimination diet where a dog is experiencing symptoms. Our reports are intended as a complementary sensitivity screening tool and should be used alongside, rather than instead of, advice from your vet.
We have also requested your details so that we can reach out to you directly and look into the reports and the concerns you've raised in more detail.
We genuinely appreciate the detailed feedback, as it helps us identify areas where the reports and guidance can be made clearer and more appropriate for pet owners.

Inaccurate pseudoscience.
While I was hoping this would be a useful tool, the report I received is immediately and blatantly inaccurate and I question the actual scientific basis of it. I found this to be a waste of money. It’s better to do bloodwork via a proper vet.
Response from My Pet SensitivityOct 6, 2026
We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your results and felt that the report wasn’t accurate or useful.
It looks like you completed our fur sample test, which is designed to check for potential sensitivities rather than diagnose or confirm allergies. If you were looking for confirmation of a specific allergy, you would indeed need to speak with your vet or complete our blood allergy test, which is a different type of testing.
We understand that this distinction may not have been what you were expecting, and we’re sorry if there was any confusion. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Deceptive and a waste of money
Deceptive! Results are not accurate and they charge you for a vet subscription during check out that you don't realize you are paying for. Don't give them your hard earned money.
Response from My Pet SensitivityOct 1, 2026
We're sorry to hear that you've been unhappy with your experience. Our team will be in touch with you directly to look into your concerns.
Regarding the Vetline subscription, this is clearly displayed in the basket during checkout and can be removed before completing your purchase if you don't wish to subscribe. It also includes a 30-day free trial, during which you can cancel at any time without being charged. We always aim to make our pricing and subscription options as transparent as possible.
We'd appreciate the opportunity to look into your concerns and help resolve any issues.

Poor service
Ordered the sensitivity test a week ago & still haven’t received it.
You can’t track the order, despite them saying you can & no reply to my 2 emails asking where the test kit is.
Very poor service.
