We're really sorry for the frustration this experience has caused - I completely understand why you feel disappointed. I appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. To clarify, every health test automatically includes a 1-month free trial of our 24/7 Vetline subscription. After the free month, it renews at $9.99 unless cancelled. This is displayed during checkout, and there is also an option to remove the subscription before completing the order. Of course, this can also be cancelled at any point during the trial period, and then after aswell.
