Ayanna, Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We do apologise for any confusion caused in relation to the lead time, all results are sent within 3-5 days once the sample has been received at our lab. This does not include the transit time which unfortunately is out of our control. Rest assured as soon as your sample reaches our lab our team work quickly to test the sample and deliver those all important results! A month is however much longer that the normal lead time, please reach out to us so we can advise on the next steps. We look forward to hearing from you and assisting you further! Hi, We do not send a physical test kit as we aim to be environmentally friendly and reduce waste. Instead, we kindly ask our customers to use their own packaging to send their hair sample to our laboratory. Once you place your order, you should receive a confirmation email containing the next steps which will ask you to complete a submission form. Please ensure that you follow the instructions carefully to ensure that your sample is collected correctly and arrives safely at our laboratory.
