I felt the instructions were confusing. I did expect a kit to come then found out there wasn’t a kit. Once I finally sent in a baggy of hair … I still don’t have my results and it’s been many months , so I’m still patiently waiting. Edit- I got my results right after this review. Glad to have them finally. It is a nice thorough report and will help me modify his diet!

My cat had diarrhea for almost a year and I tried so many foods, took her to the vet several times and nothing helped. She got down to 4-3/4 pounds and I thought she might die. My little puppy has allergies and we've been treating her with tablets and drops from the vets and she never seems to get any better. A friend recommended the sensitivity test so I ordered one. Peppa is not cured by any means but by removing just one item on her highly sensitive to part she's actually sleeping through the night. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you so much.

It took us almost a month and the result are kinda of generic. They said they received the sample on a Saturday and by Monday morning they already had the results? That's fast and suspicious. If the customer services can get back to me about the money back guarantee, would be great.
