I was very pleased with the results of the test and hopefully we can move forward with some of Mimi’s reactive sensitivities. I would have rated a 5 star if I hadn't waited a whole month for the results. Nowhere on your website do you say your lab is in the UK and it could take an additional 3 weeks after Houston office receives it to get there. A little misleading and frustrating I might add when you’re given the impression that the samples are going to Houston and then only take 3-5 days for results. It would be better to be up front with people is all Im saying.

Sorry but this doesn't sit right. They received the sample 1.30pm and sent me the results at 4.18pm. Either they have no other customers or its very fishy. Plus one would expect the 100's of tests to take a little while. I'm sorry its my opinion they are just sending out generic results to everyone. Money wasted.

The sensitivity feedback was unique to our dog, and very helpful in understanding the ingredients and materials in her life that may have been exasperating her ear infections and overall body itchies. The timeliness of sending her hair sample in, confirmation from My Pet Sensitivity that they'd received her results was around 2 weeks, her results were available not even 1 week after. Overall, it's a start for pet owners that have animals with unclarified allergies, for further diagnosis or 100% allergy assesement, it would be best to go through your pet's veterinarian. The sensitivities panel is provided to the owner in a logical format brokendown by each category, and then again, for high or moderate sensitivities. Super helpful, but by no means, a 100% answer. 1st we thought we got a test kit & after a month & 1/2 reached out & found out you don’t do test kits. So was told how to do the test. 2nd we thought it was an actual allergy test. So we are no closer to finding out what our dogs are allergic to

Took 6 weeks for the test to get there when the “address” is a few hundred miles away. When I called about a month into the wait I received a return message that gave a UK number to call back. When the results finally came they showed a bunch of weirdly obscure stuff that was not really pertinent as my dog has zero exposure to them. It would be hugely helpful if you could view what was tested for and what he ISNT reactive to!! This test was basically a waste of money and my time.

Erm so our cat is allergic to something outside that is seasonal. Sadly this test has shed no light on what it is. Allergic to pigeons apparently made us laugh. Never mind!
