I returned this product on July 19th (paid $19 shipping) and they received it on July 23rd. Since then I have called many times and am never able to get anyone on the phone. I have emailed many times and always get a response after a few days saying that I'm going to get my refund. This has gone on for almost three months and still no refund. 100% money back refund is on their website, but I think this is a very dishonest company and I would never purchase from them again. Addendum: The company did contact me through Trustpilot and I finally got my refund.

Fab device helps with my endo pain so much and is small and cute so doesn’t impact on my day like other products on the market

I love my Livia! Super helpful for horrible cramps and completely negates the need for medicine! Will forever be grateful for this little device. My only issues are customer service and the website never wanting to let me navigate my account.
