This product works great for me! I have moderate cramping and at times it’s very severe and my Livia has a been a great help and relief! I hardly ever have to take pain meds anymore and if I do have severe pain my livia works great at keeping the pain at bay enough until my body reacts to meds. It’s super easy to transport wherever you need and it’s discrete enough for me to even be able to use while I’m at work! I love this product!

This is a game changer for me. I used to be in so much pain on day 1 and 2, I would have to take medication, use a heating pad and be in bed, sometimes even missing work. Since I got livia, I don’t have to worry about cramps wrecking my day.

Definitely worth it! However they do need to update on what and when things are being shipped. I moved and haven’t received anything except the livia in December…. Other than that this works and helps my period cramps.

This product has been a lifesaver for me. With endometriosis I have very painful cycles. This product has really made the pain more bearable.

Sometimes taking medication for the pain isn't enough or it just doesn't last long enough to make the cramping tolerable. Sometimes a heating pad isn't enough either. Thankfully there's livia! Essentially a small portable tens unit designed specifically for women in mind. It can be discreet or worn as a cute accessory and goes everywhere you go. With multiple intensity levels, provided gel pads, and the attached clip you are good to go anytime.

In the beginning everything seemed fine, the kit arrived (a month later than expected, but complete of everything). The device is effettive for my extremely painful menstrual cramps, and it reduced my use of analgesic pills. Fast forward 3 months, but the adesive pads didn't arrive and after contacting the support team they answered elusively. I used the same pads for even three months, but eventually they stopped being usable. I wrote at least 10 mails about this issue, but after 8 months I still have not received the gel pads as advertised on the website. I continued paying the subscription fee all these months, but they refuse to refund me for the months I was not being able to use the device. I think it's a scam.

I’ve placed my order 3 weeks ago as a new subscriber and have not received anything yet. Livia claims to ship out in 3-5 days for US orders, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I’ve reached out to customer service and have not received a response either. I decided to overlook the negative reviews about shipping/customer service and regret it immensely.

I have endometriosis and Livia really helps me when I have a bad day 👍🏻
