I am loving it so far it helped so much when I first start my period and the cramps are the worst

Before I discovered livia, I had been unable to go about my day on the first day of my cycle because of really bad cramps. I would even have to take the day off from work and unfortunately for me, OTC pain killers would never work. One day I saw an ad about livia on Instagram and it caught my attention. 'What was this device that stopped period pains? Was it even real? Would it work for me?' I was a bit sceptical about it but I was curious enough to try. So I shipped it to Kenya and started using it. On the first try, it didn't work too well so I decided to Google a bit more about it. That's when I learned that you need to find the right level for your body for it to work otherwise it could get uncomfortable or not help at all. The next time I used it, I tried adjusting it and eventually found the perfect level for me and since then, it has helped tremendously with the pain and now I can go about my day like nothing is going on. I love it!

Honestly, I was really worried to try this. I have terrible cramps and I have been looking everywhere for something to fix it. With livia, I pop this suckered on and within minutes it instantly helps.

I have PCOS. So I've had horrible cramps that make it so I couldn't get out of bed since I was 16. I found livia on tiktok a few months ago and now I couldn't imagine life without it. I wear mine to work as well as just around the house. I used to have to take pain pills multiple times a day just to get out of bed and now I only have to take them on the second day( my absolute worst day) its amazing!!!

I suffer from severe cramps every month, making it hard to work and do daily tasks. With Livia in my life, I can easily do my daily tasks completely pain free. I can’t stop telling everyone about it!

I love my livia during my monthly cramps! I only wish it could have two ports for the pads to have relief for stomach and back cramps.
