Much like a lot of the reviews for Livia, I also haven’t ever received my orders since the first order in July 2021. It took them months to get me the first order and then the other orders from the past year have never arrived. There is no way to cancel the subscription on their website, I also can’t remove my bank card details which means I have no way to cancel this, which highlights what a scam this company really is.

Livia sauve la vie de ma fille! Au niveau douleurs et psychologique! Savoir qu elle peut l' emmener au lycée sur elle et que ça va la soulager est un énorme pas dans son combat sur la douleur. Elle était en antalgiques palier 2 et du coup n' en prend plus Par contre la batterie n' a pas 20h autonomie, au lycée le boîtier tient 4h puis clignote orange. J' en ai acheté un 2e pour qu' elle puisse utiliser en continu. C' est un gros budget mais finalement , ça correspond à 5 séances sophro

10/10 would not recommend. I subscribed about 2 years ago and have received exactly 1 package of gel pads this entire time, which i only got because i sent multiple e-mails asking for them. when i told them i wanted to cancel since ive been paying for a service i didnt receive, they said id have to return the livia to them which they would not be paying for. since i am located in germany and they want a tracking number, it would cost me about 50$ to return the device. considering how much ive already paid in almost 2 years without even being able to use the device thats ridiculous. total scam, dont subscribe.

I received the initial package in November 2021. it is currently September 2022. I have sent multiple emails asking for cancellation, and called. They have charged my card twice but I have received no monthly products in almost a year. And their website is no help. It’s very frustrating to not be able to get in contact with anybody, receive no Products and still get charged.

This device has been a game changer no more waiting for pain meds to kick in. No more curling up in bed with severe cramps that I can’t move now I put my device on and go about my day

I’ve tried to return my LIVIA item for the past 3 days now to no avail. Their contact is section does not work as I haven’t received any reply. My order number is LIVIA1986. It is missing the charging cable and I want to return it. I’ve even contacted multiple emails addresses to no response

I ordered livia, not really expecting anything. I though it would be a scam. I ordered my livia in May and had to contact support since I didn’t receive any information after 3 weeks. They shipped my device quickly and received it in two days. Fast forward to August im happy I took the risk. I’ve always been had really high pain tolerance but there is something about period cramps that are just eeehhhhh. I wish this device was around when I was 9 I would have purchased in a heart beat would have saved me hospital trips and a lot pain medication. I put my livia on 15-30 seconds later pain is not all the way gone but I can go about my day without the constant pain. Best risk I took!!! I wish they would offer a secondary device I sometimes for get to charge mine and it dies. Would be nice to have a back up.

I can't deny being hesitant at first to purchase Livia, but I am sure glad I did. I suffer from bad pain each month and not just from my period. It causes sciatic pain and leg pain. This unit has been AMAZING for all of it. I put it on my lower back, right side, when the sciatic flairs up and it's heavenly for pain. I work 8+ hrs at my job on my feet and when "those" days strike I reach right for my Livia! I keep it on my at all times in my book bag and always make sure it's charged. I love using it so far. I've had the unit for about 3 months now.
