I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription for over a month and I’m getting no where I wish I had seen more of these reviews because I would never have ordered from this business. It is a complete scam. I just want to cancel. Buyer beware. You will get trapped in an endless loop of trying to cancel. I’m going to leave this up but I was finally able to get things cancelled. I am still unhappy that it took so long and had so many hoops to jump through. You just need to be persistent

I’ve suffered unknowingly from endometriosis and adenomyosis for over fifteen years and diagnosed for nearly ten. I had three excision surgeries with endo specialists in four years, during which they found multi systemic stage 4 endo. While the surgeries helped somewhat with the pain, I was still in a significant amount of pain during ovulation and my menses. My Livia device has eliminated that pain and is a must-have for me during those times. It allows me to live the active life I want!

Livia has helped make my menstrual pain less painful. I’ve struggled for years and I’m happy I found something that helps make it manageable!

I placed my order on 8/20/2022 & today is 10/5/2022 and I have yet to receive anything. I call and they say the same thing, "they are waiting on someone from management to look into the issue". . The reps I speak with are always very nice, but I never get anywhere. At this point I just want to cancel the subscription and get a refund, but I don't know how successful that'll be. I am so over LIVIA!

This company is a scam. They charge you, send the device in 1-2 months (mine was the wrong color and did not have the skin they promised), and then never send replacement pads. Their Facebook page has tons of people complaining about the same thing.

While the device itself may work, it’s an absolute nightmare to get out of the subscription. While I had already been in contact with livia about cancelling my subscription, because apart from the first deliver, I had never received any more items, although I payed every single month with my creditcard. Only way to get out is to order the device on its own, which was done immediately after customer support told me this. Yet, they still take money from my creditcard. Would not recommend this company again.

The device is amazing, it’s worked wonders for the past year(I think) that I’ve had it. However, I realized that after being subscribed for several months, I hadn’t been sent any replacement pads. I contacted customer service and they said they’d send some right away. Months pass and still no pads, the order says processing as it has been for a while now. I contact customer service again saying I’ll just cancel the subscription and pay in full for the remainder, if I have any. No response for days. I use the chat instead, still no response. At this point I don’t know what to do. Great device just horrible service.
