Updated: I was refunded and a new test was sent to me, mailed and completed in a timely manner. Overall, it was a good experience. I would say if you run into issues, contact customer service through email. I think their chat support agents could have been way more useful but I got my results and I’m happy. It took several days past the time advertised to even receive my kit, and it’s been 2 weeks since I mailed the sample and both times I’ve checked with support and they say it’s “delayed” - I requested a refund and they refused due to company policy. Essentially, they will get money for a test they will never have to perform. Absolutely ridiculous.

I recently received my test kit from my lab.followed instruction on registering,which by the way was super simple.followed all instructions to complete my test,mailed it,the lab test me that they got it,nobody ever does that,next thing you know l got results. These people at my lab made what l thought was a difficult test.because nobody wants to do it.but my lab made it super simple,they emailed me,l emailed them it was easy,fast an simple.most things now days are not.Thanks my lab team your fan Jeff Carroll.

I want to give this a zero so bad This company has put me in a complete depression you tell me my results are available. All I see is POSITIVE and the rest I N/A I reached out to find out why I have no range number to go by and was told they didn't know why that is weird.I said I'm aware and then she randomly gives a number of what was going to be on the paper. Where my issue comes in with this is that. How am I to trust that it really is positive or did you see positive and found a range numbe to give.my test was half complete due to blood droplets not being enough so whatever was given could not be enough to determine.When I mentioned this she told me just test again in 3-6months. That's unacceptable I'm going to my primary this was a major waste of my money time and sanity.I should have gone with reviews before jumping to shell out all this money to still feel like I didn't get a real answer. UPDATE:I WENT TO MY ACTUAL OBG AND WAS TOLD I DO NOT HAVE HERPES!!!! SOMETHING JUST DIDNT SIT RIGHT WITH ME SO AFTER I DID MY RETEST IT STILL DIDNT HAVE THE INDEX AND WAS TOLD OVER THE PHONE.WHICHVMY DOCTOR SAID SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN.IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE EMAILED WITH DOC WITH THE INDEX VALUE RANGE...I DIDNT KNOW I WAS NERVOUS.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is such a scam. I don't recommend it to anyone. This company took an awful situation and made it worse. I waited for results for almost 2 weeks. What I got was an email telling me that because I live in New York they won't run the test. So they tell me they'll give me a full refund if I send them a receipt. I send the receipt then they tell me that I have to get the refund from the site I bought it from. How am I going to get a refund from them? I have nothing to return to them. This company is a scam and a complete ripoff.

I really did have a terrible experience. I wouldn’t have written a review except that the company emailed me asking for one so I guess this is the result of that. I submitted a test for myself and my husband at the same time, and I only ever got results for one of us. It seems that my tests got confused at the lab, and I couldn’t tell which one of us was negative. When I contacted customer service, I was told that you can’t submit more than one test from the same account, which I think is absolutely nuts in 2022. Like, head of household is going to be submitting multiple test at once. Plus, my husband was really sick! Anyway, there was a lot of back-and-forth, mostly because it took a full 24 hours for anyone to get back to me after each response email. In the end, we went and got tested elsewhere, paying out-of-pocket, and we literally never got our second set of results despite paying $50 for the kit.
