Website is easy to use. Orders do take a bit of time from initial purchase to receiving results, but I expect that since it’s lab work. They are definitely worth the time if you are able to pay cash for lab tests.

I have nothing but good things to say about the cortisol level test. It arrived quickly, was super easy to use, came with great instructions and was very affordable. Tests like this can be expensive and blood test is not as accurate as usually they only do one sample of blood. This is a great and convenient way to get cortisol levels checked throughout the day from the comfort of your home. Results came back very quickly as well. I will be ordering other tests from herein the future.

My Lab Box arrived quickly, had everything that was needed in it and had good instructions. My results were available after 6 days and aligned perfectly with my previous hospital lab results, so they're pretty accurate. This costs a LOT less than getting it done at the hospital lab or doctor's office, and it's just as accurate. I'm very pleased with my experience with my LabBox.

They sent me the wrong test. The best they could do for me was to buy a new test with a 25% discount. I do not recommend them.

the lab box i had ordered had already been used. i received a vial of someone else’s urine and all of their information written on the supplies. when i contacted customer service they didn’t seem to care, offered to send me a new box (as if i could trust the results at this point) and finally offered a refund. just be careful of your private health info!

None of our top-of-the-line fulfillment centers receive test samples by design, therefore it is impossible for us to mail customers a used box. It appears, however, you purchased a test on Amazon. Amazon is a separate company and unfortunately we have no ability to monitor or control the Amazon fulfillment center operations.
