Perfect for those with busy schedules
I needed specific labs and due to time constraints I was unable to get to a lab. myLab Box was convenient, easy to use, and great for those with a busy schedule. I was able to send off my labs with ease and received my results within the normal turnaround time. Definitely recommended for those with busy schedules!

Overall a good experience
Shipping was on par, nothing speedy but I didn't pay for fast shipping. Had great instructions and easy to understand. Called for some help when I had a question and customer service was super helpful! Results took about 10 days from sending back. All in all a good experience and I'd use the company again for future blood work!

Adrenal testing
I ordered the cortisol testing to see where my levels were. The order came quick, was easy to use, and my doctor found the results helpful too. It provided valuable information on my adrenals throughout the day and helped move additional testing along quicker.

Unclear on shipping process
The test and ordering process was convenient. The shipping was quick for me to receive it although I never received a shipping or delivery notification. I also would have expected the return shipment to be a bit faster, as the samples took a week say they were received by the lab and then another week before I got the results. There was no shipping notifications, only the initial email that the order was being processed and then when I got the results. I assume the results were accurate but did not confirm them with another test.

Completely inaccurate and a waste of time
It was a 2 week process - for something advertised as FAST, this was not. More importantly the results were way off. The Mylabbox test had me so concerned I went to the doctor. After getting a blood test from a real lab, my T was not low, in fact it was higher than average. MyLabBox was a complete waste of time and money with a side of concern.
Response from myLAB BoxMay 3, 2023
Thank you for taking the time to write us a review and bringing your concerns to our attention. We care about your experience. Following a thorough review, we've confirmed that the results were delivered to you four days after the samples arrived at the laboratory. This is well within our advertized 2-5 days turnaround. We understand that receiving results is time-sensitive, and we always aim to fulfill our promise. In terms of specific results, we always encourage customers to take advantage of the free telemedicine options available at myLAB Box. Physicians are on stand by 5 days a week, ready to address any concerns or questions. T values, for example, can vary depending on the time of day the sample was collected and many other factors so it is important to look at the full picture. Rest assured, our tests are processed by labs with the highest standards to ensure their accuracy. If you would like a physician consult scheduled, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you with setting one up.

My lab box is a great at home test service! I have recently purchased 4 of these tests and am very happy with the process! Quick turn around results..fast email response if I had a question about anything ..it’s a great way to get answers when you don’t want to make an appointment at your doctors office! I tend to procrastinate on going into the lab to get my labs done because it is inconvenient and there is always a long wait despite attempts to schedule appointments. MyLabBox provides convenient and easy-to-conduct testing from home. Results come back fast. This has completely transformed my health screening practices and thus my health. So grateful.
