Absolutely terrible. Before 2022 they were reliable. Now you order a box and it comes to you, from mylabbox, and it's already registered. That used to be how they worked. Now it's just all over the place Circa July 2022 they worked. Now, in 2023, they don't. Horrid experience. I sent in a kit and it's been over a month for results. It was lost, it was resulted to another user; they admitted this and said it was bought under x email, register under x email but I needed to login to Y email to get results. Used to be trustworthy and reliable. Y email wasn't even mine.

I feel scammed. I ordered an STD kit. The promised "expedited" shipping took 5 days to arrive at the lab, I never got a result, only a message on my account that the sample got rejected without giving a reason was carefully following the instructions and feel I was correct on my end). I contacted customer support, whose bot said they'd get back a few business days but never did.

Very easy. Worth it to not have to take tests at the lab and go to the doctor office.

Terrible customer service and support. Two different results for the same kit within one week. No physician consultation after a positive results. Don't waste $90 like I did.

Something must have been wrong with the test or kit, levels were laughably low with no physical signs of it being so.

This is my first time doing a blood test like this for the sake of health. The process was surprisingly simple and easy. I got my results back within a reasonable time and if I had any questions, I could easily reach out to my assigned physician! I loved using myLAB Box and I plan on using again for other tests.
