BEWARE: USE ANY OTHER COMPANY
If you want to receive results, use a different company. I sent my samples out in September. I used the provided tracking information to follow where my sample was, I thought this was a great feature as these tests ARE sensitive. It arrived to the location on the provided labeled and was to be forwarded. 2 weeks pass. No update on that forward. I reached out to confirm the package had been lost and wanted documentation so I could request a replacement for the location I originally purchased the test. Instead of providing that with me, I was told it would be handled and MyLab would help me out. I reached out a couple of times after receiving no updates despite being promised prompt updates. A month of this, and in the end I was told to reach out to the original merchant. It took a MONTH to get what I originally requested, what should have not took more than a couple of days at the most. They lied to me and prolonged my results. I was able to get a free replacement from my original merchant, no thanks to MyLab. I sent the samples for the SECOND test out 2 months later after confirming the shipping label I was provided had the correct address. What do you know, it's "being forwarded" again. At this point, I have 0 trust in the samples reaching their final destination. Who knows if they'll even be good to run any tests on when (or if) they reach the laboratory. MyLab boasts results in 5-11 days. That's hilarious. What a waste of time, energy, and money. TLDR: Samples sent out in September, still not received in December. Customer service will lie to you under a facade of trying to help you. If you want to waste time, energy and money use this company; use anything else if you'd like to be spared. I have never had such terrible service, and it is so disappointing considering this company deals with such sensitive information.
