Great customer service. Had an issue with registration code (I think the cashier at Walgreens forgot to activate the test) but customer service chat took care of everything. I will using this test for a Testosterone reading pre-fast, and then again post-fast + 1 month of carnivore diet...

Ordering was nice and quick. Process was easy and straight to the point. I had an issue updating my kit# but I used the chat feature and the associate manually inputted my information/kit within a couple of minutes and I was good to go. Would recommend. Fingers crossed I don't have herpes!

the worst home testing vendor I've tried. The turnaround time was terrible, it took a week longer than they shared in the description. Communication was TERRIBLE. They never updated me to let me know that my test was determined to be "invalid." I completed the test the way the instructions directed (I've done MANY home health tests) and my results were determined to be invalid. When I reached out to find out why my results were taking so long, they told me I needed to retest and that it would cost me an additional fee (after already paying +$100). Such a scam. Use another service, like Everlywell. At leas they verify the validity of your test before you mail it in (via photo). And if it is invalid, they send you a new kit for free.
