I tried using their thyroid test. The email notifications are late. I didn’t receive a shipping notification until after I received the test. The directions were overly complicated. The test registration was confusing since the directions didn’t match what you receive. It didn’t show I’d registered the test until days later and there was no email confirmation. The test needed A LOT of blood! Then the best part, my test kit was rejected according to the website. Did I receive an email about it though or an explanation? Of course not and chat isn’t always available to try and find out why. This company is just trying to get your money! Use a real doctor or different testing company.

The online experience was not easy, but the assistant, Victoria, helped me get through it. We will see what the results show. Apparently, the drugstore did not register my purchase. So that made that part difficult.

They are ok. Just a basic testosterone read...no free testosterone reading. Kinda slow, waited 14 days for one and 9 days for another reading.
