I read the reviews, some stating that it helped with urge incontinence. It only helps with stress incontinence. What they don't tell you is that the incontinence program is only available in Europe, not US, not FDA approved or some such baloney. That being said, it did improve my core strength, and I still use it 2 to 3 times a week.

I can't recommend it more highly! I heard about INOVVO from my mum in England and, even though I do not have an incontinence problem, I do know it becomes a problem later in life for many women. (I am 60 and my mum is 83). WOW! What a marvelous invention. And customer service walked me through the start up, which was great. I am on week 2 and totally enjoy the sessions while standing and reading a good book propped up on a table.

I ordered blouses and it took a month to receive them, there all 3x too big and the shirts! I’ve tried to call all numbers and there all no good! I’m waiting on a reply email! I don’t except one I’m so disappointed.,
