The shorts are total crap. I used them for my first 4 weeks and they are all stretched out! My first pair was the wrong size. The second pair crapped out after about 9 uses. Third pair lasted 20 uses. I can't get the pads to lay flat due to all the stretching in the shorts. The pads are constantly moving. You should provide 3 pairs of shorts for three months of use. Honestly,you're not suppose to wear any undergarments everyday. I'm totally fed up with something that costs so much and so poorly made!

I have been desperate for this to work. But from the start I had issues. Either getting randomly shocked in the thigh or butt or the unit would not start and each time the same error codes appeared. I even sprayed the shorts at least 10 times with the contact spray. For the next month the customer service staff (who have been great) replaced my shorts twice (even trying a different size once), the lead wires and finally a whole new unit to try to solve my issues. Yet within the first few days with a brand new unit I again began getting randomly shocked in my butt. They seem to have a quality control issue. I found that if I hold the affected area after the initial shock (and every treatment has been affected) I can get through each session without getting any more shocks. However, I am afraid every time I begin a treatment that it will happen. I can’t wait until the next 3 1/2 weeks are over and hope that what I have gone through is worth it because I have began noticing a difference. I just hope that everyone else has better luck than I have.

I used Innovo for two months, during which time I phoned for advice because I was having no results and felt nothing except in the front thighs. I was first advised to do the exercise more frequently and then at higher intensity. I mentioned my age and condition but was assured there would be no problem. The advisor then asked advice from someone else and I received an email stating 'I have been informed that unfortunately INNOVO does not work if you have undergone radiotherapy, in this case you will be issued a refund for the INNOVO product.' I was not warned of this and have had no apology for two months of wasted time and effort. I am saddened too since I had great hopes for this device judging by the positive reviews.

I'm so glad that Innovo is around! I've been using it for 2 days now and see some improvement. I look forward to seeing the results from continued use.

I have yet to get started as my machine is flashing a warning light so thankful won't turn on and there was not customer support over weekend and have not had time during hours listed to contact. Problems were not covered by any you tube video no trouble shooting. So we'll see

I am thrilled to report that INNOVO works! I am 53 years old. I am in great health but I suffered from stress incontinence. I would leak when I sneezed, laughed, or jogged. I started wearing pads so that I could continue to jog. Within weeks I could feel the difference. Now at three months, I no longer have the problem of leakage. As a matter of fact, I don't even get worried anymore when I laugh or sneeze. My body responds appropriately and there is no leakage. I still use the INNOVO about once a week to keep the muscles in shape. I am so glad that I found INNOVO. I never write reviews on products but this product is exceptional.

I ordered Innovo based on the size chart that was given, but my shorts feel loose and I am afraid may not be working correctly. I have used as directed, but have not seen any improvement yet. I have to sit very still or I get a warning. I feel it working in my butt and my calves, but not where I would expect for it to be contracting. The position that you must sit in causes my feet to go numb as well. I keep using it in hopes that it is doing something that I cannot tell and I will see results with time.

This product is amazing! It started working for me the first day. I am 58 and started to notice this terrible smell down there. Yep, I was leaking! Me?!!? I wasn't old. I bought one for my mom, and she expressed how well it worked. So I bought one for me and this is fantastic! I'm telling all my female friends and have even shared on FaceBook. Well worth the cost.
