UPDATE: I contacted Innovo regarding the problems I was having. The representative immediately ordered me a new pair of shorts in a smaller size. They arrived within 4 days and are working quite well. Terrific Customer Service!! Received Innovo on Friday. I read the quick start and the instruction manual. I attempted to start my program today but was unable to complete due to repeated error messages. Indicating poor contact on pads #6 & #8. Resprayed and tried again...this time I got 20 minutes thru and again received the same error message. To be honest, the shorts seem too large. They do not fit snugly. I measured as was instructed and purchased to recommended size.

I bought these with hope that they would help my situation, even though I couldn't really afford them. I had problems with the connections and error messages, but my biggest gripe was putting wet and cold rubber next to bare skin! Ugh! I had to steel myself to put them on! This didn't encourage me to use them so after 4 weeks, I sold them on Ebay 🙂. Such a shame and I appreciate that others may not find putting the shorts on unpleasant, perhaps it's just me. I was glad to see the back of them despite selling for a fraction of the cost. I saw no improvement whatsoever but maybe after 4 weeks, that's to be expected. Anyway I am researching other less expensive options and learning towards 5 mins per day with a discrete Kegal Smart. Good luck to those of you still persevering and wish me luck!

This product is too expensive and doesn’t do what is said I been using it for 8 months really no difference at all. Not worth is just a ripoff I feel disappointed.

When I discovered the Innovo system, I knew I'd found a possible solution to a problem no one wants to talk about...female leakage. Most solutions involve cumbersome equipment, invasive inserts ,daily exercise, medication, or even surgery. Innovo was simple to use whenever I had 30 minutes of time at home. The shorts are simple to connect with the pre programmed controller, easy to pull on and remove. I did have quality issues with the shorts components on 2 occasions- Hence the 4 stars. Once I contacted customer service the issues were eventually resolved on both occasions. The biggest take away is - IT WORKS ladies. You must be consistent with treatment sessions, patient with yourself, patient as it takes affect with your particular your body AND be able to follow the directions as written. Make the commitment to FREE yourself from a difficult and--- lets face it---embarrassing problem. I gave information to my Doctor about the innovo system at my last visit. They were passing information along to the other medical people with in group practice to alert them to this product.

Shorts only last one month then stretch out and short out. Replacement shorts are $150.00. Don't buy until shorts are redesigned and last longer.

I originally purchased the size 7 shorts after measuring myself, they worked for a little bit, then didn't. I called, was told to measure myself, did that & was told I was in between a size 6 & 7. They sent the size 6 out. Worked for a a week or so, without thinking I took a step while doing my treatment I received a SHOCK. I had less than 10 minutes to finish. The next time I tried to use it it gave me error triangular with numbers that indicated it was in the back. At first I thought it was not making contact, so I sprayed again, & again. I gave up & called, was told to take pictures of myself wearing the shorts. I did that on October 24th & sent those to the info email. I am STILL waiting on any response. I just tried to call, called 3 separate times, on hold then was prompted to leave my number, hung up on. I gave used them less than 30 times. They are effective when they work.

I’m about 2-3 weeks into this Innovo experience. Might be helping some. However, getting it to work consistently is a struggle. I have to constantly fiddle with position, connections for it to work. It puts out error #s a lot. Will continue though
