There was ease in the ordering process with an added discount which was appreciated. Delivery was timely and the fit perfect. I am unable to provide 5 stars as there has not been enough time to honestly evaluate the effectiveness of the treatments. I have some time to go to see any success.

Still have not received my parcel ( will be 2 weeks next n Monday). Waiting and seems to be stuck in some hub. I have contacted Innovo, great customer service for replying. Keep on getting emails for review... Can't say anything on the product as I have yet to receive this!!!

I have been using the Innovo system for over a year and it has completely eliminated leaking for me. I used to have to wear pads everyday and no longer do so. I can even sneeze and laugh without issue. It's unbelievable. The customer service experience has also been next level. My first pair of shorts stopped working, so they sent me a new pair. When that pair stopped working, they thought I might be between sizes, so sent me the version 1 product, which wraps around your legs vs. pull on shorts. They sent demo videos and answered all my questions and the version 1 product really made the benefit of this therapy start to work for me. I appreciate that every time I have called in, I speak with a real person immediately and they solve my problem on the spot. I told all my college friends, who are 50+ like me about this and several have already purchased it. I can not recommend this product or company enough - a therapy that works and customer service that really helps you when you call in! Thanks for a great product and customer experience!

I liked the fact that the product was shipped fast. What I dislike is after I start the device it takes a while before it actually starts working.
