For some reason, I did not have luck with my 1st 2 purchases. I don't remember all the names in Customer Service, only Emma. Every time I've called or emailed, I got supportive and helpful advice and no-nonsense directions re how to return and get a replacement. This is a company worth taking a chance on!

This is my second one. The concept is good but the constant errors require over an hour to perform a 30 minute session. I thought my first one was flawed but after receiving my second I have determined that the product itself is defective.

I only wish they sold the wrap around type pants, I am a size in between your normal shorts that you sell, and I need a back up on the wraparound and the company refuses to sell them

Brought these a couple of years ago had a faulty pair which they exchanged, got the new pair and was very pleased with them, due to reasons I had a very long break from wearing them but now ready to try again but finding them very painful I can get the buttucks part working ok but getting painful shocks in front of thighs and side of legs according to the book this shouldn't happen I've tried increasing levels but it hurts more so disappointed has they were working fine before, I stored them correctly and spray is still in date and I use plenty the legs don't seam to fit as well but I do make sure the pads are flat to my skin because how expensive they are I won't be replacing
