After receiving my order I had a few questions to ask. I was pleasantly served by a wonderful lady who answered my questions with promptness and kindness. As far as the actual Innovo unit.....I'm 3 weeks in and am still patiently waiting for help!

Excellent customer service; after ordering my innovo I contacted c/s because I did not receive the order in over 6 weeks. The c/s team responded quickly and shipped a second order immediately. Unfortunately, the original order showed up shortly after reaching out. The team offered to send prepaid return label as well. I do not have a review of the equipment yet but, if it reflects the quality of the c/s, I’m sure it will be great. Don

Hi Eileen Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. In relation to using Innovo, you should NOT experience any strong contractions on the front legs. When you start using Innovo you will feel the contraction in your buttocks initially. As you increase the intensity level over time you will start to feel the contraction move to the pelvic region and then you will experience a "squeezing," "tightening," and or "lifting" between your legs as your pelvic floor contracts. I had been using the Innovo for about 4 weeks. I had not really noticed any tightening around my pelvic. I got COVID and have been coughing a lot. I feel like I am back to square one. Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong. I have the setting on 71 because I felt nothing at the range your guidance recommended.

The shorts work great they are helping me so much. They are a little bit uncomfortable sometimes and using them standing up works the best. I feel so much more secure about leakage and have only been using them a couple weeks so I feel I will be absolutely safe in a couple more weeks. Thank you so much!
