I found this really worked although the 30 minuets was tedious. After using every day for 2 months I found the sticky patches caused irritation but will resume again on less days a week to keep the momentum going as advised in booklet.

Have tried multiple times to get it working it did once for about a minute and then i moved slightly and it stopped working again, for 200 quid am very dissappointed.

It took me some time to get used to putting the garment on but I have now got used to it and the treatment is going well. However I think it is much too early to write a review of it as what matters is the result, which apparently won't be obvious for many weeks. Ask me again at the end of the year !

Good product but they should recommend physio advice before beginning treatment, I had a hypertonic pelvic floor and the device made my condition worse. Using it I could appreciate how it would help some people.

This has been a saviour for me, after 3 natural childbirths my pelvic floor was less than perfect. I tried to do the exercises myself but with so much to think about as a busy Mum they were forgotten. The Innovo was easy to use, it took a little getting used to the first couple of days but I was soon able to increase the intensity and quickly noticed the difference. Now I only need to use it when I feel like my pelvic floor is losing its tone.
