It was too big for me as im a size 8-10 . It actually exasperated my condition. I used both programmes for 9 weeks for 6 days each week on the alternative 30 min programme. I did not see any improvement. I was dissapointed as some people were reviewing it claiming there symtoms were improving after using this for one week. I did not see any improvement and would nit recommend this device.

Probably works for some but did nothing for my wife. That's life.

I have been using this since November 17. Prior to using the Innovo I was having constant water infections, going for a wee every 15 minutes during the day and every hour in the night and leaking constantly. I was miserable, tired and very frustrated. It was by chance I saw an advert for Innovo, this was a desperate purchase. OMG. It works. I can see and feel the difference. Everyone around me notices the difference. I now need to train myself to drink more as I was not drinking before for fear of wetting myself if I could not find a toilet in time. Thank you Innovo for helping me.

Works very well. The standing stance is the most effective.

Innovo has saved my life. I no longer get up in the night to visit the bathroom. I used Innovo for the required length of time and after a month noticed fewer night time bathroom visits. Now I'm using it just twice a week to help maintain my pelvic floor and no longer get up in the night. But thank you for advertising Innova on the TV and making my life more comfortable.

I tried a number of different devices and whilst all were good if your starting from the point of post surgery this is excellent. Teaches you what muscles you should be using whilst restoring. I brought the Elvie, this to is a great product but you can be left despondent if your starting from scratch. My only comment with the innovo is that the advice give with product should encourage the participants to work with the product once some strength has been gained, rather than sit back and let it do all the work.
