To Whom it may Concern Dear Sir or Madam The purpose of this Letter is to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for all the help and advise I have had from your Innovo Controllers, in my case Carole, Elise, and Ellen. I bought my Innovo Unit at the end of January 2020. In the beginning I experienced a minor teething problem, the shorts supplied were slightly too large, also I rang for clarification of my misunderstanding of the instructions, During this time I was helped by the above mentioned Ladies. They were all very patient, kind, and professional, and solved all my difficulties with ease. It was a pleasant and rewarding experience. I would be obliged if you would pass on my gratitude to the ladies they did me a wonderful service. I think it would not be easy for them. “I have gone past my sell by date” I’m 88 years young! Many Thanks Alan Staton

The product arrived on time as expected. Instructions were good and I have only used them for about 4 days. I keep getting error codes all the time 5 and 1 and sometimes 7. Not sure if I’m doing something wrong or have the wrong size shorts as the legs are slightly loose. Other than that when they are working all seems good.

I bought the size 6 Innovo shorts as the size 7 were a bit too big. I seem to have a slight problem with them cutting out but I will persevere and see if it is something I'm doing wrong. I had no problems with the larger size so if it keeps happening I may have to request an exchange.

Had a problem with mine so rang up and the lady at the other end of the phone was brilliant. Told her the problem I was having I thought I had bought the wrong size . She waited on the line while I put the shorts on which meant I had to spray the panels and she talked me though every thing she even had me measure myself again . She believes I need bigger size . What customer service. The best sevices i think I've ever had .

I have been using this system for a few months but the shorts constantly stop working. They are great for 2 to 3 weeks then slowly but surely I start to get error messages. It usually 3 when I do get them to work the impulses are on the side if my legs and it’s very painful. I have spoke to customer services each time I have had problems and they are great and end up sending me new shorts. I am very disappointed as I was hoping to help my pelvic floor, unfortunately I can’t spare all the time it takes me to get the shorts to work!
