Had a problem took a couple of different people through emails but all sorted. I agree customer service is v.good. With regards to the product, I am no on week 4 and I dont feel any tightening on my pelvic floor when using the device like i have read i should by now. I feel it all in my butt and im on programme 1. Also too early to say, not made a difference yet to my problem.

A unique experience
Delivery was very quick even in these difficult times. However wearing the shorts is a unique experience and more information on how they should fit and what you should feel when using them would be useful. Also some information on how to manage the levels and how long before one should expect results. Personally my bladder control has got worse after the first week, I suspect this is because the muscles are getting tired. Further weeks will hopefully show improvement
