Best Customer Service
The customer service received is best ever experienced, I had an issue with the sizing of my shorts they replaced them with no hassle and speedy delivery - also these are extremely easy to use - you just need the motivation and willpower to keep going - keep the end result in mind - well worth it!

Quick delivery
My INNOVO starter pack arrived quickly. I found it easy to use. There was a contact Issue with the shorts initially but customer services put me right. They were extremely helpful. I am only at the beginning of the course but am hoping for a good result.

Very impressed with the service
Very impressed with the service. Delivery was very fast. Have started using my innovo and Im sure l can feel my pelvic muscles again. Amazing. It is my wife Carol writing this .

Too early to tell
Communication around delivery was great! I received the Mother’s Day gift a few days before and was very impressed with the book and water bottle. That said, when the Innovo Starter pack arrived it looked at if had been used, the actual device had finger prints and sticky adhesive as if something has been removed. Being a nurse I immediately wiped it down with alcohol only to find the device was not alcohol friendly and the shine was wiped away. I was apprehensive the pants had also been used as the bag had been resealed... I read on the reviews returns were a nightmare and given the current state of the US i decided to just get started. So far so good, only two days in, I bought a size down and am glad I did. Definitely feels like it is working appropriately, wish they had some ‘real world’ videos. Perhaps I will post my own... I will keep you posted!

doesn’t work straight out of the box
doesn’t work straight out of the box. keeps displaying error message and beeping whenever I move. customer service wants me to troubleshoot it on the phone but I think they should just exchange the product. The error message says it’s a problem with the leads.
