J ai contacté le service après vente dont je tiens à souligner l accueil très professionnel et j ai reçu les cuissardes. Je viens de faire ma première séance et je suis enchantée. Wow! Been doing kegels for 20 years. This is soooooo much more. I'm on my second week. It's pretty easy to use. Charge the battery first thing (it does take about 5 hours). Then read through the directions several times so you'll be ready to go the next day. I didn't have clothespins to hang the shorts, so I used chip/snack clips and they work just fine. Going on a backpacking trip in 9 weeks so I'll really know how INNOVO works.

Its excellent and working already. My only complaint is that the app does not work - I have tried on iPHone and iPad but it will not work. I have reinstalled and it still does not work.

I am on week 2 of using Innovo and I am really pleased. I had really quite severe weakness (zero pelvic floor!) and there is already very mild changes taking place. I have got into a good routine and I am hopefully that this will actually allow me to start jogging again and when we are allowed go to the inflatable / trampoline park. I haven’t been able to do for the last 6 years! I couldn’t carry on as I was especially in my early 40’s and with two very active children. This is expensive but a good investment and I look at it as a gym membership. Easy to order but have your tape measure handy for sizing. Delivery was quick even with COVID 19 difficulties.

Absolutely delighted with my innivo only used it 3 times but really impressed so far
