I could not be more pleased. I have had Innovo going on three weeks now and am completely dry almost every day for a week. I have called for advice twice and the ladies I have spoken to are knowledgeable and friendly. This is very easy to use and is not uncomfortable. I feel certain that at the end of 12 weeks I will be completely leak free and I am thrilled. It is worth every penny!

OK, this is not a stellar review. I'm sorry. It's a bad fit. It doesn't reach the area it needs to reach in order to achieve a pelvic contraction. I have called and emailed several times. Each time I was told that I needed to give it a while longer. Now that I have actually used it, that is, applied the spray contact, and put the product on my body, I can't even return it for a better fit. That is, if I understand the return policy correctly. That being said, I plan to continue trying to make it work for me, so maybe I'll have better things to say in the future,. I hope so, because I really hate giving anyone a bad review.

I am 67 years old and because my bladder was cut during a medical procedure several years ago (the doctor repaired it), my leakage issues are shaking my confidence. When I saw the Innovo advertised on television, I just had to try it. When I unpacked the garment and its attachments I was expecting it to be complicated. I read the entire manual and began using it the following day. Much to my surprise and pleasure, it is easy to use and so far so good, and right now I will give the product a 5 star rating. I have some weeks to go before I finish the full recommended program. Hopefully I will update the rating later. Follow up 1- In my 3rd week and I believe I see improvement. I can drive to work after drinking 16 ounces of water and continue to drink water all day (at least another 32 ounces) and drive home after work without my bladder feeling like it is exploding. So far so good.

My delivery arrived without the motor and I need the next size shorts so couldn't try it out. Please refund the money I have paid.

Product came quickly, and was packaged very well. Directions were simple and it was very easy to start using the same day. I'm only a few sessions in, so I do not know yet if it is effective. It feels the way it is described, so I am hopeful!
