I ordered my Innovo however it did not work on programme one at all and not on all pads on programme two. It was dealt with quickly and I have a new pair on shorts to try today however I do feel that it should have worked first time

I cannot believe how effective Innovo is for controlling bladder leaks. After countless years of pelvic floor strengthening attempts, Innovo made such a huge difference, within a few weeks. It’s so simple and honestly, quite relaxing once you get used to the sensation. I love this product and recommend it to any woman who experiences leaks. The only thing that I don’t enjoy is putting on the shorts after spraying the “conductive spray” because it is cold! But that’s so insignificant considering how much this has helped me, thus far!

Still waiting for my package from innovo that was ordered over a week ago.

I’ve used the INNOVO for only three day, but have high hopes.

It is now 13 days since I placed my order and have yet to receive the item. I left a message on the Innovo site several days ago about this and have received no response.

Very happy with delivery time of replacement gel pads. Email received saying order not complete! Made me worry until goods delivered.

Received first Innovo starter pack 2 months ago. After a month there was a fair amount of improvement in incontinence although from the beginning the shorts were baggy on my thighs and seemed too big despite the correct size by the innovo measurement guide. After the first month I was getting errors and sometimes the sensations were very uncomfortable or the device didn’t work. Every time I phoned for advice I had helpful advisors but eventually it was suggested I try a smaller size. This was much better and the shorts less baggy and instantly improved the sessions as they are far more comfortable. I still have slight leakage but very hopeful that by week 12 this will be even better. My only criticism is that I think the measuring guide could be improved by including more than one measurement to ensure a better fit.
