I've known about Kegel exercises for a long time - just never got into a routine of using them. Innovo made it easy to do something practical about my bladder leaks. In two weeks, I've begun to experience some slight improvement and expecting things to get even better.

You should use INNOVO at the strongest level that is comfortable for you, and you will find that as you continue to use INNOVO that you are able to tolerate a higher intensity. Been using this product for about a month now and would love to say that it’s a game changer but unfortunately I am not seeing any changes yet. I will continue to use and keep my fingers crossed that it helps.

Didn't help me
I saw this product on TV and thought it would help the "leaks" I have. After trying it a few times, I replied to an e-mail and was told the product won't help "overactive" bladders. I have been offered a return receipt so I can send it back. While I'll get my money back, it's disappointing I'll still have "leaks".

Excellent product
Excellent product, video and starter sheet Sizing guide very accurate. Looking forward to improvements over the next three months. Only criticism - the app!! Wouldn’t load and let me enter my details. A shame as it would have been good to use and keep up to date. I have an Apple phone.
