I received my Innovo a week ago so i have only just started to use them so can’t comment on effectiveness as yet but find them easy and comfortable to use, regarding customer helpline I had the need to contact and they were very efficient and quick on replying.

Absolutely brilliant!! I had questions along the way, after all it’s a unique experience, but the lady on the helpline couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Now finished my twelve weeks and will carry on with maintenance a couple of times a week - it’s changed my life!! Cannot recommend enough!!

This device hasn’t worked for me unfortunately, the shorts stopped working after a while and innovo replaced them, so I started again and now I’ve got a few weeks to go but no sign of being dry, I will keep this going until Christmas and see how I get on, thanks to innovo for replacing the shorts for me!

For over 30 years I have not slept for more than 2 hours before I needed a wee. For the pass 10 years I have been getting botox into my bladder. But not any more since I got my Innovo shorts. And I finally can sleep 4 to 5 hours before waking up needing the toilet, happy days 😉

** UPDATE*** after several emails with the customer service team the issues have now been resolved, thank you. Had these for about 4 weeks now I was sceptical about spending that amount of money but the reason I bought them was because you could use them whilst sitting down, they started off great worked everytime, depsite measuring and ordering the correct size they have now gone really baggy and I keep getting the exclamation error, I emailed customer service and they replied with some troubleshooting and also stating they work best whilst in standing position, which there is no mention of on the website or adverts, anyway when I do manage to get them working the pain when using them sat down is excruciating and I cant turn them up as high as I could at first, ridiculously expensive for something that doesn't work correctly.

I've had my Innovo for just about 2 weeks and I already feel and see changes. I've found that standing is more comfortable for me, although I started off lying down. So long as I stay consistent with it, I'm hopeful that I'll start to see more permanent and sustained improvement and changes.
