Delivery excellent, first week no issues thought wow, this will work. Second week different story! Kept getting faults On different pads, would fix, another pad would fault, etc etc tried spraying more spray, no difference! Finally get it working and it feels unbearable, got to no 20 tonight and while pulsing I had to switch the machine off, was soo itchy and felt as though it was sending electricity through my legs! Have emailed customer services, hopefully this can be resolved!

The fact that I have contacted this company 3 different times regarding hormone replacement therapy and the use of the product with no response leaves me very frustrated. Since I have had no response, I haven’t been able to begin using the product which tells me their customer service is less than impressive. There was absolutely no information regarding this question in the facts before I spent $400 on the product, and when I received the product it was in the book sent with the product. Be very careful when you order this product, it appears once they get your money you are out of sight and out of mind!!!!!

Also had high hopes for the Innovo being effective and to some extent, 7 weeks in, things are improving . However on reading some of the recent reviews I’m relieved to see I’m not the only one who has been having problems with the innovo. Some days it works well and I can get through a session with no interruptions but on others the session is constantly interrupted by error messages ( usually no 3 pad). I’ve tried varying my position - finding that standing is usually best, bit it’s tiresome standing in one position for 30mins. When using the reclining position the problems with error messages seem to be worse - and the sensations can actually be very painful even if on low - and are like sharp electric shocks which make me jump and which really hurt - and I end up feeling very stressed. I’ve nearly used a bottle of the electrode solution spray already- so wouldn’t think the problem is because the pads aren’t making contact with my skin.

So far so good. A week in and they seem to be helping already 🤞

Not exactly good timing requesting feedback when the product still hasn't arrived. Update : Very impressed by quality of product so far. Too early to see results but heres hoping 🤞

Delivery was prompt. Instructions easy to follow. Have not used for a week yet so can’t comment on how well it works.

Amazing service. I ordered shorts but they were a little big and was send a new pair straight away. Haven’t had the shorts long enough to report in the difference yet but can’t fault the company.
