After my first session I’m feeling great

The Innovo has really worked! I am 62 and post menopause. I was skeptic of this product because I've tried so many other things with no results. However, the Innovo works for me. My pelvic muscles are stronger. I have more control now. I can go out and stay out for longer periods of time! After the 12 weeks I use it once or twice a week now. I highly recommend this product ladies!

5stars are for customer service. I had 4 weeks trouble free use - very easy to use and love the 30mins to myself to read . I had a problem which was dealt with immediately and courteously - and I received a new garment within days. I’m back on the programme now and ‘feel’ like I’m making progress - I have no regrets with this purchase and have high hopes for good results

I've just completed 3 months using my INNOVO shorts. I had high hopes that this product would work for me, however, I can't say that it has. (However, I did miss about 2 weeks during the 3-month period while I was traveling.) I typically got the intensity up to somewhere between 85 and 105, which was about the highest I could tolerate it. However, even at that high intensity, although my but muscles were really contracting, I wasn't alway feeling that Kegel contraction. My shorts seemed to have stretched out some and fit a little looser since the beginning, so I don't know if that may have affected the way they worked. I think the concept is good and I will continue using the product to see if I get a better result given more time.

Customer service is outstanding

Excellent service so far. Delivered well packaged and on time. Clear instructions good quality product. Telephoned to check fit was ok as the wavy line on the bottom was a bit high, was reassured this should be ok and could return if not. Worn twice and can feel the are working in the right place, so have high hopes.

My shorts are very “glitchy”. Some days, no issues, some days I get frustrated because the “alerts” constantly go off and, no matter what I do, I can’t get 30 minutes in. I think it would help my problem, but I just can’t get enough consistency going to see real results.

I have been using the system quite regularly, only missing a few days when out of town. Otherwise, almost daily. Easy to get into and hook up. I have noticed more glitches after several weeks of usage. Pants seem baggier and hard to smooth out for a snug fit. Losing contact more often on several points of contact. Most of the time, after "numerous" re-trys, it works. A couple of times I gave up for that day, frustrated. In all, the concept makes so much sense, I an using a high level of intensity, standing for best results, but even though I've been using since August, I haven't noticed any difference at all in my bladder control. Still, I invested so much money, I intend to keep at it.
