Their customer service is one of the best! I am 70 years of age and needed some technical help and was so happy with their service. I spoke with my doctor about the device before I ordered and she approved it. Medicare would not cover the expense of helping the bladder leakage so I am very excited to using this device and using a natural way of fixing the problem.

Just received and began using so too soon to give a solid review. The shorts aren't exactly fitted so I'm concerned I may have bought too big. My first sessions have gone well.

Just started using Innovo this week and its going fine so far. Delivery was fast and it all came with easy to read instructions and packed well. I was nervous about how it would feel on my skin but I am in control of the levels and will slowly get higher with the levels. I can't give 5 stars as I have not been trying it long enough to see the results yet but hopefully that will come 😊

Quick delivery and well packaged, this is just my second day of using and am hopeful this will help my pelvic floor. When you do pelvic floor exercises at home I wasn’t sure I was doing them properly, at least with these shorts you can feel the difference. The only thing I didn’t expect was the shorts to be wet when you put them on, should they be or are you supposed to spray them and let dry before wearing, can’t see anything in the instructions about them being wet.

I did not realise that you needed to spray the pants so much! You then have to pull them up your legs to where they need to be wet and cold from spray My Controller keeps bleeping flashing various symbols and eventually I get through the 30 minute session! Maybe I am doing something wrong as other Reviews don’t mention this

Absolutely the worst rubbish I have ever purchased . Two pairs of shorts haven’t worked for more than 5 days . So don’t waste your money . These people are very reluctant to refund you but under the consumer rights act you are entitled to a full refund so I shall fight on .
