My wife bought this and she has not used it yet will review when it has been tryed

I am on my 4th week of use. So far so good. Very happy

I bought these shorts in august 2020 barely used them as I could never find 30 mins or was just to tired to use them. so with with very minimal use I decided to give them another try but after a few days they developed a fault. error message appeared on screen and very painful tingling sensation in my leg called customer service only to be told maybe try a smaller pair of shorts but the shorts I have fit perfect was then told shorts only have 6 months warranty these shorts have hardly been out the box I was offered replacement for £160. I cannot believe that you do not take responsibility for faulty products this is possibly the worst customer service and value for money I have ever received thank you. A week after contacting innovo I have I received an offer of Replacement shorts free of charge They arrived very quickly and I am very happy with outcome Thank you

Shorts stop working after a few months. Have warranty. Haven't returned yet

Delivery quick customer service brilliant.I purchased my Innovo shorts a couple of weeks ago after years of leakage gradually getting worse I used the shorts for 5 days 30 minutes a day and I really noticed a difference even in that short time but unfortunately I came up in a rash from I’m assuming the spray.I spoke to customer services and there replacing the shorts with the individual leg with the gel pads so fingers crossed soon I can carry on with program.
