I am already noticing an improvement in frequency of visit to the bathroom.

I searched online for Innovo, subscribed to receive a £50 discount ; CELEBRATE50 , on Thursday 25th March. The discount code is out of date, but still shows on their website 27th March 2021.Unable to contact them over the weekend, Monday to Friday only, in this day and age?!

Excellent customer service, very responsive to queries.

The shorts arrived very quickly and after a initial learning curve we are off to a good start.As I have only been using them for two weeks it is too early to comment on effectiveness but I have high hopes .They are easy to use and the instructions were clear as we're the trouble shooting pages.The one thing I would like to see is advice on the optimum levels to set ,I know it says the minimum but what would be beneficial.So far a good experience

I have had a few issues with my machine, each time I have emailed or called the customer service desk I have been dealt with an outstanding Customer Service, Polite, Understanding and efficient. I cannot recommend Innovo highly enough.

So far so good... I had an issue the first time I used the device -- I was getting an error message. I called customer support and got a very friendly and helpful person on the phone. They walked me through the set-up and fixed the issue. It has been operating smoothly since then. I am only 10 days in but starting to see some improvement. I am very optimistic!
