A week in and I'm beginning to notice a small change

Was good at first, but lately I am having trouble with control, not sure if it's faulty, but every time I try it on both programmes it is coming up with a fault. Can you tell me how I report this please. Annie Ginoris

I just started using the Innovo and it is too early to determine the results, but I am not happy with the fit of the shorts. I actually sew on a regular basis and followed the measurement instructions, which placed me in a size 5. The shorts are very loose and I do not experience a strong therapeutic connection unless I am laying down. Because the shorts are so loose, I have to turn the device up very high to feel anything.

I received the Innovo garments because the Innovo Shorts simply didn’t work with my body type. I have used them for one week and so far, I have had great success.

I was sent a used kit so I contacted customer service and they sent another kit and again it was used. It is obviously used when there are two stickers over each other that the box is not sealed and the unit inside is sticky. Very disappointed.

So far so good! Only two weeks of use and looking forward to seeing results. Process is easy to follow with thorough instructions. Actual treatment is more intense than I thought it would be; Not painful at all, but takes some getting used to. Totally worth it if I can exercise without worry! Thank you for a product that gives women an opportunity to be carefree and pantyliner-less ;) Oh to run, and jump, and skip, and be free....
