They rip you off without knowing
They are an absolute joke. Bought the shaver only and they have continued to charge a monthly fee and sending a blade when not requested. Will not buy again.

When you purchase a Freebird shaver, you can choose a convenient blade subscription to keep your shaves fresh with automatic replacements, or shop blades and products individually. This is a SCAM. Go to trustpilot You will be signed up and BILLED for a subscription for replacement blades with no way to cancel the subscription. I bought a product as a Christmas gift so they have my billing information. This is FRAUD!

Scam .. scam .. the blades don’t work , and they enrol you on to a monthly subscription fee for replacement blades . Fraud

Received as a Christmas gift and the first time I went to clean out the shaver head the last one would not open. Finally got it open, but the tab to hold in the metal blades broke. My wife filed a warranty claim for a replacement and it has been over a month with no response or replacement. Would not recommend. Will have to order a replacement, but will do it through Amazon so that if there is an issue, there is recourse.

Stay away from this company – Freebird Shavers. My son ordered one for an xmas present and I did not like it, so I had to pay to return it. I wish there were free returns, but my son should have checked the return policy… I followed their return instructions by sending them a picture of the return via email. 7 days after the return had been confirmed by the USPS mail system, I receive a replacement blade order!?!? I asked my son if he signed up for a shaver blade subscription and he said no. My son is 17 so he may not have seen the box to uncheck or whatever tricky way they signed him up for a subscription. However, my issue is that these companies dupe people into signing up for a subscription service and should have checked that account to stop any replacement blade order for a product that was confirmed to be returned! If anyone at Freebird had actually processed the refund, then could have checked for any subscription and reached out as a courtesy. Just bad business all around. Here are the things I do not like about Freebird, other than the inferior shaver, which is why I am on a mission to suggest everyone stay away from this company: There is no number to contact customer service. Customer service is only through email. The customer service only sends pre-populated emails to select emails sent , not to all emails. I received ZERO replies to the emails that asked for help with the subscription / order issues or trying to find out where my son’s refund is. When I tried to canceled my son’s subscription, there were 2-3 “wait don’t cancel, here is a special offer” popups that you had to click “No Thanks” to. When I got the return email, there was a “wait don’t return” offer that only required an email reply for a 50% refund. The company is basically duping people into buying this shaver by offering specials and hedging any returns by offering 50% refunds NOT TO RETURN THEM and trying to avoid subscription cancellation by offering 50% refunds NOT TO CANCEL!?!? I now have to pay more money to return this replacement shaver blade and I have to dispute the charges with my bank for the returned shaver and the replacement order because I no ZERO faith that this company will honor their refund policy, even though I followed the exact return instructions. WHAT COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT DO THESE TINGS??? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET ANY OTHER SHAVER!

Same as others. It's a scam. Unknowingly enrolled in a subscription. There's no way to delink my payment method from the site. Hideous company and no way to reach a real customer service representative.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Freebird and feel compelled to warn others about their business practices. I purchased a razor from Freebird as a **one-time gift**, with no intention of subscribing to a refill service. However, without my knowledge or consent, Freebird **enrolled me in a subscription** and later **withdrew money from my account** for an unwanted refill. As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted Freebird **immediately**, requesting a refund and cancellation. Despite my quick response, they claimed the order had **already been shipped** and refused to cancel it. Instead, they offered two options: 1. **Return the package at my own expense** for a full refund. 2. **Accept only a 50% refund** and keep the unwanted product. This **forced refund policy** ensures that customers **either lose money or go through the hassle of returning an item they never wanted**. I ultimately accepted the 50% refund as the **lesser of two evils**, but I find their approach to be underhanded and misleading. If you are considering purchasing from Freebird, be aware of their **deceptive subscription model** and **poor customer service**. I highly recommend reading the fine print before making a purchase. **A company that relies on sneaky tactics to lock in subscriptions is not one I can support.** #FreebirdRazor #FreebirdScam #UnethicalBusinessPractices

Item used is useless. Falls apart. Also I placed an order with good faith but then said I was signed up for a subscription which they then took £23 out of my account!!!! Absolutely disgusting company. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!! If I could give this 0 stars I would.
