The Freebird Shaver is amazing, but the customer service is even better! They are courteous and professional every time I had a question or concern. I call them top-notch because they make it so easy. I can depend on an answer within 24-48 hours!

The womens Freebird is THE BEST!!
The womens Freebird is THE BEST!!! I have hated shaving as I could not find an electric shaver that gave a close shave and did not leave patches of hair behind... then I found Freebird!! It is easy to use, gives a closer shave, and does not leave behind unwanted hair. I use it on my face, legs, arms, and armpits. Smooth, no nicks/cuts, and I no longer get that after shaving itchiness like I did with razors! I have my shaver head on auto ship so I am never without a sharp shaver!

First unit received - the pop-up trimmer didn’t work. Customer Service was responsive and sent new base unit. After a few weeks, the pop up trimmer stopped working. Never worked again. Subscription replacement blades - money grab by company. I canceled immediately but still wound up paying for 1 and 50% of the other. I bought for the beard trimmer and in less than a year, it’s dull and unusable. Buy a replacement - nope. I’m back to using my 30 year old Oster shaver - trimmer is still sharp.

I love this razor
