I received my order in record time which I appreciated. The company followed up with informative emails re the operation of the Freebird shaver. The ease of using this shaver is great. When I inquired about the nose hair attachment, someone got back to me very quickly answering my question and referring me to the right attachment.

Just received the pre-shave oil. Was skeptical but it changed my shaving experience for the better. Smooth and close shave. Scalp doesn’t feel dry or irritated after.

the unit does exactly what is advertised. I found if I coat my head with a light power prior to shaving I get the smoothest shave with minimal anything else. Had the Pro verison been out when I bought my original Freebird I may have purchase this instead but the original version is the cheapest and for the price works well along with all the attachements

The shaver works good but there is room for improvement. If it was not for these two things, it would receive five stars. 1. The reservoir that holds the cut hair could be bigger. It loads up with hair too fast and you have to stop and constantly clean it out. 2. The razor refill that I I got not too long ago is already starting to rust.

Appreciate you taking the time to share this. We’re glad you’re enjoying the shave and totally hear you on the cleanup and blade feedback. That refill shouldn’t be rusting, so our team would like to send you a replacement. Please reach out to [email protected] with your order details and we’ll get that taken care of. Thanks for helping us keep improving.

I’m very disappointed with my experience. I was charged $49.20 for a FlexSeries blade refill that I never authorized or ordered. It turns out there was a hidden subscription I wasn’t aware of when I bought the product. The razor itself works fine, but the automatic subscription and unexpected charges make this feel dishonest. I had to contact customer service to cancel and request a refund. I recommend buyers double-check the subscription details before purchasing.

We’re sorry this caught you off guard. Our Blade Refill Program is optional and meant to make reordering easy, but it sounds like the setup wasn’t clear in your case. That’s on us to communicate better. We’re glad you reached out to our team to get it resolved, and we’ve shared this feedback to help improve the checkout experience. If you still need help with your refund, please reach out to [email protected] and we’ll take care of it right away.
