This product, covers every type of shaving that I need to do… It’s easy to use and very efficient in removing hair on my legs, arms, face, and the bikini area… Their Customer Service is the best I’ve experienced in a long time

I purchased the basic Flex, weak motor, did not hold a charge, ran out of juice half way through shave, did not clean well. Jean at CS professionally said return for full refund, and consider stepping up to new Flex Pro, which I did. I recieved the new Pro shortly after Amazon recieved my return, and it is terrific, definitely a step up for just a few bucks more, and added the charging for another few bucks. Product is terrific (so far), and CS (Jean) was better than terrific. And I told her so.

Fraud. They sign you up for a "blade subscription service" without your consent, then make you pay to return the blades. The razor itself is okay at best. Light and flimsy. Probably not worth the price, even from a legitimate seller. There's no way that all of the positive reviews that they get are real.

Freebird provides a great quality head shaver. Their website, ordering process and prompt shipping for delivery is excellent. True customer service oriented and a pleasure to do business with them. Great prices on their products. This is my first head shaving experience in life. Freebird has made my switch easy and enjoyable. Thank you Freebird.

Absolute con. Went through the entire purchase process till confirm payment. Found in the print it looked as though you were agreeing to further subscription s. There was no way to agree or not agree, that in itself is fraud. I deleted my details and closed the page. Looked good but after reading the fine print, not bothering to purchase the item. I only buy from straightforward sellers. To me you are very devious in your marketing. I will be contacting the Consumers Institute of New Zealand in regards to this con.

The new lady razor helped me to save time and get a clean smooth shave! Beats my old Gillette hands down. I waited a few weeks and can testify that there are no ingrown hairs!! Recommending to others.

Ive been trying the freebird head shaver for a couple weeks now and I love it. It gets an almost razor level of shave without the extra work. Ive used similar devices but none compared to the ease of use of the freebird. All the extras that are adapted to the same body also make it a space saver in my cabinet.
